Registration  Questions

How do I keep my accounts up-to-date, and keep the orders from failing.

1.  Certain information can not be changed through the web site:

* Legal Company Name

* Fed. / Tax ID Number

To get this information changed, please send an email request to 
eVA Customer Care at eVACustomerCare@dgs.virginia.gov . The phone number to reach eVA Customer Care is 866-289-7367.

The request for these changes should include:

* Name of person requesting change

* Position / title of person requesting change

* Phone Number

* Item(s) and description of change

 

2. Keep information current in the eVA and Ariba account:

  • Contacts

  • Company profile information

  • Solicitation address

  •  Web Registrar

  • Order address 

  • Billing Address

The eVA and Ariba accounts must be maintained together because email and FAX addresses must be the same in each account for any ordering changes that are made to any phone/FAX or email address in eVA. Please be sure that the same changes are made in your Ariba account that were made in your eVA account.

 

To cancel your account, please send an email request to 
eVA Customer Care at

The request for these changes should include:

* Company Name
* Tax ID
* Name of person requesting change
* Position / title of person requesting change
* Phone Number
* Reason for cancellation
